For us, this is a real success story. In 2017 we acquired the management of the Tocq Hotel in Milan, completing its turnaround in 2021, after a total repositioning.
OUR RESULTS IN NUMBERS:

• KEYS: +11 KEYS THANKS TO IDEAL SPACE PLANNING AND RENOVATION PROJECT

• 2017: Tocq Hotel Milano – First hotel managed by Fattore Italia. Repositioning Project.
• 2017: Fattore Italia pursues the opportunity to target the PBSA market (student accommodation) acquiring Campus X, a student accommodation operator in need of turnaround.
• 2019: Tocq Hotel Milano – Hotel stabilization and reactivation – Ready for transformation.
• 2020/2021: Tocq Hotel Milano – Full refurbishment and layout optimization completed during COVID.
• 2020: Campus X – turnaround successfully completed, CEO and management team in place. Spin-off from Fattore Italia (Campus X is still jointly controlled by Ernesto and Stefano). 4000 beds open. 5.000 beds pipeline.
• 2021: Post COVID development plan established targeting three new hotels per year.
